I’m a passionate and people-first leader with over 20 years of experience in the retail industry, holding various leadership and management roles. My approach is grounded in humility, respect, and a deep appreciation for both team members and customers. Throughout my career, I’ve led teams ranging from 50 to individuals and overseen up to 19 retail locations across Western Canada. I bring a hands-on leadership style that prioritizes clear communication, team alignment, and a forward-thinking mindset. I’m always looking beyond the present to identify what’s possible, while ensuring current goals are met with focus and integrity. With responsibility for up to $250 million in annual sales, I’ve consistently driven growth that exceeds expectations. My success comes not from chasing numbers alone, but by developing strong teams who understand their goals, embrace accountability, and work from well-communicated, achievable strategies. I believe that when people are engaged, informed, and respected, performance naturally follows. I take pride in being able to connect company vision with team execution—ensuring everyone, at every level, understands their role in the bigger picture. Whether it’s a small operational change or a large-scale rollout, I’m skilled at supporting or developing strategies that make the complex simple, and the ambitious attainable. Outside of work at Princess Auto, I’m a proud husband to my amazing wife Kimberly and a busy father to three wonderful kids—Blake, Brooks, and Hunter. I’m also an active youth hockey coach in the West Kelowna U7 and U9 divisions. I believe in maintaining balance and that the same passion we bring to our careers should also be present in our personal lives and communities.
