I am a senior career agent at Fusion Cell, a company that connects military professionals with opportunities in amazing companies. I am also a MBA candidate at Columbia Southern University, where I am enhancing my skills in project management and business development. As an Air Force veteran of 27 years, I have led teams of various sizes and scopes, from 5 to over in diverse and challenging settings. I have a heart to serve others and a passion to help fellow veterans achieve their career goals. I leverage my tenacity, drive, and grit to source, qualify, present, and recommend candidates to meet the needs of our clients. I also collaborate with sales and other partners to match client needs with qualified candidates. I bring a unique combination of technical, operational, and strategic expertise to my role. I have an Airframe, Power Plant, or Repairer License and a Professional Manager Certification. I have also served as an operations director, a career field functional manager, and an inspections superintendent in the Air Force, where I oversaw professional development, training, strategic communication, planning, and operations execution. I have cultivated and established civic, inter-agency, key government leader, and military relationships and policy. I am proud to be part of the Fusion Cell team, where I can use my experience and skills to create and capture value for both candidates and clients.
