With over 20 years of work experience, I am versed in recruiting and retaining top talent for various industries. I have multiple certifications in agile project management, DISC leadership, and industrial and organizational psychology, which enable me to apply best practices and data-driven strategies to optimize the hiring process and the candidate experience. Previously, I was a VP and Talent Acquisition Consultant at Bank of America, in charge of three of the largest regions in the west coast. I also have a strong background in operations and military, having worked as a Senior Operations Manager at Amazon and an Inspector General at the US Army. I am passionate about developing and empowering people, fostering a culture of diversity and inclusion, and contributing to the mission and vision of the organizations I work with.
