Having worked with small start-ups and multi-national Corporations, Brian brings a unique perspective to Call Center management.Brian started his career as a front-line Customer Service agent, which gave him a unique understanding of what agents experience on a day-to-day basis. His passion for developing individuals, combined with an innate ability to connect with people, has allowed him to be successful throughout his career. He understands that managing people is not just about reviewing reports; it’s about relationships, building trust, and inspiring people to be their best selves.Throughout his career, Brian has consistently demonstrated his expertise in KPI Management, operational excellence and process improvement. He has shown the ability to identify trends within the industry and adapt to the ever-evolving landscape. It is this approach that has earned Brian a reputation for being a results-driven manager who can elevate employees to be their best.Brian has held leadership roles with companies of all sizes. His career started overseeing the growth of ChoicePoint (now RELX Group). He later navigated the growth of Assurant's (AIZ) California office from a 15-seat call center to over 100 employees in multiple locations. From there, he was tasked with transitioning from a support-focused call center to one focused on Commercial Interactions. Currently, he is leading a team of 500 agents located in Near-Shore, Off-Shore and On-Shore offices for a large sports apparel brand.Beyond his professional accomplishments, Brian is an accomplished endurance athlete who has completed numerous marathons and 6 full Ironman finishes.
