Years of being in charge of inventory and cost control have given me the edge to handle anything that comes my way. I am a graduate of Le Cordon Bleu culinary institute, and also have spent years within the corporate cafeteria side. Experience: Aramark Corporate Executive Chef/ Aramark Food Service Was in charge of a large corporate cafeteria within an office building, feeding breakfast and lunch to three hundred executives Monday through Friday. Was in charge of ordering, cost control, menu selections, and everyday operations. The Local Sous Chef Second in command in a three-star restaurant, doing 200-300 covers a day in the heart of Minneapolis, Minnesota. Consulted with Andrew Zimmern about menu reconstruction, and helped the owner, Kieran Foiliard to open other three star Irish Pubs in Minnesota. Writer: I write mainly horror fiction, often exploring the capabilities of the human animal under extreme conditions.I believe the feral man is the most intriguing beast, and when cornered, capable of anything. Most of my stories deal with mankind's illusion of normalcy running headlong into complete and total chaos.
