About Brian Stark

I'm passionate about life-change. Seeing people take the next step in their faith journey towards Jesus. To accomplish that, I seek to pour into people's lives individually through coaching and discipleship and corporately through preaching, teaching, mobilizing people to local and global outreach and connecting people into small group communities. I serve on the preaching team at our our church as well as leading both our small groups ministry and our local and global outreach. I'm love seeing the local church engaged in their community and world. I have over 20 years of experience in cross-cultural ministry and training. Helping churches and individuals connect cross-culturally is something I love. If you'd like help to develop cross-cultural partnerships, or need help training and equipping others for working cross-culturally, I'd love to help. Having lived lived in three different countries and traveled to or served in some capacity in another 22, I enjoy understanding new cultures and helping others understand and serve cross-culturally. Additionally I have experience in building team unity through team building and personality training. I believe true community happens in local churches in a small group setting. As such I seek to develop self-propogating small groups and leaders. Outreach is not an individual ministry of the church, but is a foundational component of every ministry of the church. As such I desire to encourage and equip each ministry area in developing an outreach mindset in all that it does. Specialties: preaching, teaching, cross-cultural training, cross-cultural partnership development, mobilization, team building, small groups and community outreach.
