About Brian Stewart

After two weeks on the job at BeatStars, Brian deployed a 3-tier technical support triage/escalation system for a very high volume, 24/7, global customer queue, then trained the team to use the new process while also improving cross-team communication and escalation procedures. He continues to scale the team to cover the large 24/7 ticket load, and works to constantly update processes, training content, and cross-team cohesion as Director of Customer Support. Previously, Brian was at Altia for nearly 16 years as Senior HMI Developer and served all of the company’s key accounts by developing graphics, UI / UX, and interaction behavior for varying HMI and GUI projects. His many roles over the years had involved instructing on-site and remote multi-day training courses and consulting on Altia Design and Altia DeepScreen for Altia’s domestic and international customers, as well as serving as the Tech Support Lead, triaging and escalating tickets as needed. Joining Altia as a small start-up in 2004, Brian also managed Altia’s IT facets for many years (email/Office 365 admin, web server front/back end, help desk, emergency network/website recovery, DNS and domain config). In the past, Brian was a lead developer of Altia PhotoProto (a Javascript plugin to Photoshop), and wrote and produced Altia’s knowledge base e-learning videos. Brian joined Altia in 2004. Brian has composed a library of over 500 original songs (all genres), averaging 1 new song every several days since 2011. Brian has 9 full length albums on all streaming platforms, and over 100 remixes of both mainstream and indie artists.
