I believe learning is a resilience factor that empowers people and organizations to skillfully navigate uncertainty. My professional goal is to equip teams with the knowledge, skills, and mindsets they need to excel in any circumstance. As the Talent Development Specialist for IMEC, I collaborate with leaders and subject matter experts to develop, deploy, and evaluate workplace learning initiatives that equip our best-in-class team to deliver meaningful impacts to small and mid-sized manufacturers in Illinois. I align learning with strategic goals to drive sales enablement, build team capability, and foster self-directed growth. My work includes designing training frameworks that reinforce key skills through meaningful group conversation and just-in-time reinforcement within the flow of work. I aim to be a trusted strategic partner in the workforce development space. I work closely with leaders and subject matter experts to surface problems, design solutions, align to strategic goals, and gather feedback to continually improve. While I'm focused on big-picture strategy, I always make time to answer a colleague's question, take feedback, or support a team member's professional development. I want people to feel seen, heard, and supported when they work with me. I want them to feel equipped to meet challenges with courage and wisdom. I'm always open to connecting with HR and operations leaders in the Illinois manufacturing space.
