I am an Eligibility Specialist for the Employee Retention Credit at Experian, a global leader in consumer and business credit reporting and marketing services. In this role, I help clients access and navigate the complex and evolving tax relief programs available for businesses impacted by COVID-19, such as the CARES Act and the American Rescue Plan Act. Give me a problem to dig into or a process to improve and I’m in my zone. Whether finding an elegant solution to monthly reporting or creating a time management structure that allows teams to reach their potential, I focus on key outcomes by gathering and analyzing data to identify the problem and recommend a solution. I get deep satisfaction from knowing that my work contributes to decisions that move an organization, office, team, or project forward.
