About Brit Lee

Hi, I’m Brit!I’m a Talent Acquisition partner who connects great people with organisations where their values, skills and goals align. It’s never just about filling a role; it’s about finding the right fit, because great people make businesses thrive.I’m big on equitable hiring and creating recruitment processes that are fair, inclusive and genuinely respectful. Every candidate deserves a clear shot and a positive experience. Our leaders are busy people that don’t hire every day, so it’s important to tailor support to what they actually need. I partner with hiring managers to build their confidence and capability, or step in to provide support that makes the process smoother for them and, importantly, for the candidates. With a proactive and creative approach to sourcing, I focus on attracting top talent and building diverse, high-performing teams.I’m all about real conversations, clear communication and always improving how we do things. Recruitment should feel human, not transactional. On a personal note, I’m happiest in the pool or off the grid with a swag and a playlist. Swimming, camping and switching off helps me reset (and balance out the caffeine obsession).Considering your next move? Let’s connect!
