About Brittany Cullen

I love building and leading happy teams that have fun together and get meaningful work done. Whether it's managing a program of five teams developing retirement planning software or organizing volunteer consultants to solve sustainability challenges, I lead with empathy, influence, and a deep belief in people. That’s how I’ve delivered impact at scale. After 9 years at Fidelity as a Scrum Master and Program Manager, I’m pivoting to climate and sustainability, bringing my strengths in cross-functional collaboration, stakeholder alignment, and team leadership to initiatives that advance clean energy and reduce carbon. I've already worked with Transect, The Nature Conservancy, and Seed Consulting, and I’m now ready to get started full-time in the climate space. Top Achievements:🤝 Spearheaded a $4.05M+ program to develop retirement software, coordinating five cross-functional teams. Led a 27-person team rebuilding and maintaining a financial planning tool serving 1.6M+ households monthly. Advised a renewable energy startup on priorities like permitting, interconnection, and potential untapped clean energy clients. Delivered a consulting memo and presentation on improving team agility for The Nature Conservancy. Led a 6-person volunteer consulting team during a 10 week project for a sustainability non-profit. Completed a Master's degree in global sustainability, and completed consulting reports for Pepsi, Arlington County, Isla Urbana & Resilient Virginia. Outside of work, you can find me gardening in my backyard and exploring New England. I take trips every summer to Acadia National Park and Cape Cod. I’m currently exploring project and program management opportunities in renewable energy and Climatetech.
