With over 10 years of retail management experience, I am a passionate and versatile leader who can drive sales, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency. As a Store Manager at JOANN Stores, I oversaw all aspects of store operations, including merchandising, inventory, payroll, and budgeting. I also led a team of 25 associates, providing coaching, training, and feedback to ensure high performance and retention. In addition, I completed the Google IT Support Professional Certificate, which enhanced my technical skills and enabled me to troubleshoot and resolve IT issues for the store and the customers. Prior to JOANN Stores, I was an Assistant Area Manager at TNG, where I managed the distribution and merchandising of publications and products for over 100 accounts in four states. I also worked as a Visual Merchandiser at Plant Partners, where I designed and executed attractive and engaging displays for plant products.
