I am a passionate and dedicated professional with a wide range of experience gained in my 10 plus years within the contact centre industry. In my most recent experience I have specialised in outsourcing, in particular performance and process improvement. A key component of outsourcing is relationship management, which I have been successful due to strong communication skills. I believe I have developed such skills has enabled me to develop and nurture professional relationships. I am driven to achieve the highest level of service for external and internal stakeholders largely achieved by my focus on a solution based environment. I thrive on new challenges and fast paced environments.My professional work experiences have been targeted towards the outsourcing sector of the contact centre industry. My career strategies are developing my skills and knowledge across SMEs, government and private enterprises both locally and internationally with a wide range of progressive job responsibilities. Positions with management have included Vendor Manager, Client Delivery Manager, Consultant and Account Manager.
