Currently the Administrative Assistant to the AVID and Visual Arts Curriculum Departments of Lincoln Public School District handling the budgets for both departments, all travel arrangements,graphic design and website management, Ordering, tracking and receiving of supplies, scheduling interviews, establishing accounts, scheduling training and locations for new hires and volunteers with AVID and a variety of other administrative duties at the district level. As a person and professional I am a servant leader who values follow through, problem solving and people. I have experience in Microsoft Office 365, Alphanumeric programs, NCJIS, CJIS, Justice, Google Suite, Adobe PDF's, Adobe Express, Canva, Zimbra, Unified Talent, myVRspot, Archibus, LibGuides, Google groups, Synergy and Infinite Campus Student information systems, research skills, and Zoom.
