About Brooke Thomas

I am a huge optimist making an impact on the outdoor community. I've spent several months traveling, and here is what I found out, I have a great passion for the outdoors and I want to share, educate, and experience it with others. There is nothing better for me then to see other people having the time of their life in the mountains, beach, or lake, you name it! It fuels my soul to see others having fun, knowing that I was apart of the experience to make that happen. When I'm not working, I'm usually sipping tea, reading a nice book in my hammock after a long, hard rock climb. I love to cook, homemade pasta, bread, and sauces (I'm an Italian at heart!). I get pumped watching the Trail Blazers game, Green Bay Packers, and Timber's Soccer team. I look forward shredding the slops every winter, and traveling when I can. My life philosophy: Never work a day in your life. Imagination is currency. I put 100% of my passion into my position, whether it's teaching kids and adults how to dance, running lifts at a ski resort, teaching English abroad, or managing a retail store in the heart of Portland. I can honestly say that I haven't "worked" a day in my life because I 100% love what I do. I'm always seeking ways to be even more successful with imagination and innovation through education, resources, and connecting with others.
