As Director of Operations for Hawaii Explosives & Pyrotechnics, I manage the entire logistical and compliance ecosystem that powers over 100 large-scale pyrotechnic events each year. That means overseeing supply chain operations, inventory systems, crew deployment, safety compliance (DOT, ATF, IATA), and field execution—all while ensuring nothing explodes that shouldn't. I design the workflows, build the tools, write the policies, and solve the problems that keep the show on the road—literally.
