As a senior compliance leader at the intersection of law and international business, I specialize in navigating the complex landscape of global regulations for a multinational energy leader. In my current role at Eni, I direct our compliance practice, ensuring that our worldwide operations adhere to a wide spectrum of critical regulations. My expertise includes: international economic & financial sanctions, export control, CFIUS, compliance program design & implementation. My journey at Eni began in 2011, and I have since progressed through roles of increasing responsibility focused on corporate liability, internal controls, and building robust compliance programs. Before moving in-house, I honed my legal skills as a senior attorney at top-tier law firms such as ADVANT Nctm and Orrick, and served on several supervising boards for major corporations. I am passionate about finding strategic and pragmatic solutions to complex regulatory challenges and frequently share my insights as a speaker at international conferences on economic sanctions and corporate compliance.
