Editors arrange the footage and sound assets that are captured on location into an audiovisual story. In most cases there is one lead editor on a project who works with the director to create a product that resonates and helps the audience connect emotionally. I believe that editors are the UX designers of the film world, always empathizing with the audience, and working to deliver meaningful experiences that people enjoy engaging with. These skills lent so much to my work as a designer and I look forward to lending my responsive and solutions-focussed experience to teams that change peoples’ lives for the better. I have a deep interest in human behaviour and continue my pursuit of knowledge in every area of my life.
