About Bryan Cook

Since 2003, Bryan has been the Managing Director and a Principal Investigator for Ashdale Workplace Solutions. His experience includes conducting and managing workplace investigations for State and Local Government authorities, operational reviews and training. Bryan has undertaken complex investigations into suspected official misconduct, grievances (bullying and harassment) and complex workplace issues involving senior management including CEOs and Directors-General of government agencies. He has also conducted and overviewed complex investigations into professional misconduct, particularly in the health sector. More recently Bryan has been engaged as a consultant to assist large organisations to implement comprehensive complaints management systems and ethics programs. Bryan has also developed and delivered training programs to a range of State Government, Local Government and not-for profit organisations around: • Managing Unreasonable Client Conduct • Code of Conduct • Child Protection • Interviewing • Workplace investigations Prior to commencing with Ashdale, Bryan had extensive experience with the Queensland Police Service, including working as an Investigator/Reviewing Officer at the Crime and Misconduct Commission and investigating organised crime, child abuse and juvenile crime.
