As the Senior Director of Innovation at the American Arbitration Association my primary responsibility is to define, implement, and manage the Innovation Program framework. I support the development and delivery of new products and services, processes and technology enhancements, and play a key part in championing the organization-wide adoption of AI. With over 11 years of experience in various roles at I have a solid understanding of the ADR industry, its challenges, and its opportunities. I have successfully adapted and expanded our services to meet the evolving needs of our clients, ranging from individuals to large corporations. My career at has also involved leading, managing, educating, and guiding others. I have built and led dynamic teams of ADR professionals, playing a key role in their growth and success. I have also delivered training and mentorship to new and existing staff, as well as external ADR practitioners. As a strong proponent of diversity and inclusion in the workplace, I champion practices that foster innovation and a broad perspective within teams.
