I founded A Life After Layoff in 2020 after being laid off myself. I decided to use my experiences, demystify the recruiting process, and help people get the dream jobs they’ve always wanted. Many individuals find themselves disenchanted with the employment process, feeling trapped and powerless. Often, they've unknowingly given away their control. My mission is to empower people to reclaim ownership and steer their careers with authority and conviction. And become the "CEO of their career." For over twenty years, I've been a corporate recruiter. I’ve led and influenced recruiting processes for some of the world's largest and most respected companies across various industries. From C-suite executives to janitors, I've personally interviewed and hired thousands of professionals from all walks of life.
