Background

About Bryan Stanton

I’m an education leader with over a decade of experience designing inclusive, scalable, and high-impact learning systems. My work bridges creativity, research-based pedagogy, and technology to build programs that are both human-centered and data-driven. With a background in curriculum development, instructional design, and faculty training, I lead teams in creating innovative, measurable, and globally relevant learning experiences. My expertise spans Universal Design for Learning (UDL), Culturally Responsive Pedagogy (CRP), and AI-enhanced content development—frameworks that ensure all learners can thrive. Previously, I served as Master Teacher at The Equity Project Charter School and Assistant Professor at The City College of New York, where I built inclusive curricula, mentored educators, and managed large-scale productions and budgets. As host and founder of Teaching While Queer, I’ve also developed international professional learning networks focused on equity, belonging, and the future of education. I’m passionate about building systems that empower learners and educators alike—where creativity drives excellence, inclusion drives innovation, and education becomes a catalyst for transformation.
