I am currently in Presence-Based Coaching® training (ICF pathway), expanding my coaching practice to integrate embodied presence, narrative methods, and systems thinking.I have led across both nonprofit and for-profit sectors. As Executive Director of the Unitarian Universalist Congregation of Atlanta, I oversee finance, strategy, HR, IT, and operations while fostering a culture rooted in diversity, equity, and inclusion. My career also includes co-founding Empty Closets Community Services, which supported more than LGBTQ+ youth, and serving as a National Social Justice Innovator for the Unitarian Universalist Service Committee.As a judge for The International Academy of Digital Arts and Sciences’ Webby and Anthem Awards, I bring both prestige and purpose to my work—recognizing global excellence in innovation and creativity while championing values-driven projects that advance social impact and cultural transformation.My leadership and coaching approach is grounded in servant leadership and presence.
