Skills: Sales Execution I have represented international industrial brands of the flow control equipments in the Turkish power generation industry. I have led all commercial and technical negotiations and closed the orders. Project management I have completed revamp turn-key projects of High Pressure Turbine Bypass Stations, Main Steam Drainage Systems in a Thermal Power Plant. I am confident and happy to manage the projects in flow control at severe service. Research I followed the current projects & sales and continuously looking for new opportunities by contacting and liaising with contractors, endusers, designers and consultant companies taking parts in Thermal Power Plant projects to try to sell the products to EPC companies. Commercial Awareness In most of the orders I achieved, I limited the competition by using my technical knowledge favourably and effectively to eliminate the competitors. This has developed my skill being successful in a challenging market. Teamwork and Leadership I am working well both: in the group and individually, have got experience in team projects where I enjoyed being a part of the group. At the same time I have ran the processes and managed people from the leader position. Problem and Solution Approach I understand the problems presented by clients and immediately find the best engineering solution, while taking all requirements and expectations into consideration.
