As a seasoned retail operations leader with over 20 years of experience, I specialize in transforming retail environments through strategic planning, team development, and operational excellence. I currently serve as the Manager of Campus Store Operations at Fanshawe College, where I’ve led major cost-saving initiatives, restored post-pandemic profitability, and built cross-departmental partnerships that enhance both service and efficiency. Prior to this, I directed retail and eCommerce operations for Mission Services of London, where I launched a successful social enterprise and community outreach programs that earned city-wide recognition. My career also includes leading one of North America's largest Toys R Us locations, designing national initiatives, and managing multi-site operations with strong financial results. I bring a passion for data-driven decision-making, business process optimization, and community-focused leadership. Currently completing an MBA in Business Analytics (Carleton University) and with a BCom with distinction (Nipissing University), I’m always looking to blend academic insight with real-world impact.
