About Cait Warren

As an Engagement Coordinator at True Search, a leading global executive search firm, I have been applying my communication and organization skills to support the delivery of high-quality services to clients and candidates. I have been working at True Search for over two years, and in that time, I have contributed to the coordination and execution of multiple engagements across various industries and functions. I have a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and an Associate's degree in Paralegal studies, which have equipped me with the knowledge and skills to handle complex and sensitive information, conduct research and analysis, and communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders. I am a self-starter who is driven and strives for efficiency by creating improvements in processes while building positive relationships. I am passionate about finding the best talent for the best opportunities, and I enjoy working in a collaborative and dynamic environment.
