Hello, my name is Caity Mitchell, I currently work as a Safety & Compliance Specialist at Wag. This position entails taking In-bound calls and making Out-bound calls when the situation calls for it to assist End-Users of the app with any live emergency that occurs. These emergencies could range anywhere from a lost key to a lost or passed pet. Most recently I have taken on side projects to create and edit the macros that the Safety & Compliance team uses to interact with End-Users and track notes and cases for Leadership. With past positions I have experience in Sales, other Call Center work, Management and Clerical work. I enjoy learning new things, primarily systems that best assist me in my work and make work easier, from self-created systems to pre-existing systems. I have advanced knowledge in Microsoft and Google Office Products and regularly keep up to date on all updates for the systems. I have been called an excellent listener who utilizes critiques to better my work, a team player with multiple years of experience in managing a team of ten.
