I was responsible for overseeing development and management of product portfolios shaping the vision and roadmap, and building customer success/support teams from the ground up. My work has defined a competitive B2B video management system in the SME market that is used globally. I’ve developed and executed robust customer success strategies, leading teams in delivering services for live-streamed events, video platform management, onboarding, and creating knowledge bases. My experience spans a wide range of industries, including sports, corporate, government, faith-based, and niche markets, working with notable organizations. I am passionate about fostering a supportive team environment and invest significant one-on-one time to develop my team’s skills and confidence. There's nothing more rewarding then to see my teams overcome complex challenges and advance in their roles.
