I met him about a year ago at my masterclass at BIMM. He was very smart and extremely inquisitive. His passion for his instrument and wanting to be the best that he can be is wonderful to see and a pleasure to hear. I had a chance to spend some one on one time with him in the studio. What I loved about his playing and his thinking is his eagerness to make the music the best that it can be. His thinking is very refreshing for such a young musician. I really appreciated his sense of placement and groove. His shuffle groove was so amazing that I told him that he had to teach it to me. Callum’s future as a musician is a bright one. I expect great things from this young man. He is truly on the path that is solid. Ralph Rolle (Chic, D’angelo, Sting, Prince.) Nov 2017
