About Calvin Condren

Welcome to my LinkedIn profile! I recently completed an LLM in Criminology and Criminal Justice at University College Dublin, where I explored areas such as Organised Violence and Society, Advanced Criminological Theory, Crime and Society, White-Collar Crime, the Law of Armed Conflict, and issues surrounding punishment, prisons, and public policy. Prior to that, I earned a general LLB from Maynooth University, covering core legal subjects including Tort Law, Contract Law, Constitutional Law, Criminal Law, Property Law, and Medical Law. I am currently undergoing the FE1 examinations to qualify as a solicitor in Ireland. Professionally, I serve as an Executive Officer at the Residential Tenancies Board (RTB), where I oversee adjudication hearings. In this role, I review evidence, prepare case materials, and work closely with adjudicators to facilitate fair, informed decision-making. This experience has given me practical insight into administrative law, dispute resolution, and the workings of a statutory body. I'm passionate about justice, governance, and the practical application of law in public service. Always open to new opportunities, collaborations, and conversations.
