About Cameron Mills

As the Senior Coordinator, Outreach for the Access, Inclusion & Success team at Monash University, I am passionate about creating opportunities for under-represented students to access and succeed in higher education. I have a Master of Sport Business and Integrity from Victoria University, where I learned how to apply ethical principles and best practices to the sport industry and beyond. I also have a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment from RMIT University, which enables me to design and deliver engaging and effective learning programs. In my previous roles as a Project Officer at Access Monash and a Project Coordinator at Monash Sport, I demonstrated my skills in planning, implementing, and evaluating various projects and initiatives across different business units and sites. I worked with diverse stakeholders, including schools, career practitioners, mentors, faculty partners, network groups, and expert panellists, to ensure effective communication and collaboration. I also contributed to the development and delivery of major events, school presentations, webinars, competitor/industry analysis, and customer service/relationship standards. I am motivated by the vision and values of Monash University, and I strive to bring a positive and inclusive attitude to my work.
