I am passionate about life-saving work in animal welfare and firmly believe that everyone in our community deserves the companionship of a pet. As animal advocates, we must be community advocates first, earning trust, improving systems, and providing support to keep pets in loving homes.In my approach to team management, I focus on shaping a positive culture and investing in employee development. As Adam Grant has said,"The most meaningful way to succeed is to help other people succeed." I strive to cultivate growth within my team while fostering a healthy, sustainable environment that retains talent in this vital field.I find my flow state when diving into spreadsheets, developing SOPs, and creating training tools. I have an eye for detail, aim for efficiency, and know my protocols front-to-back. However, my greatest joy comes from being a bright and supportive presence for all pet parents, helping them navigate the ups and downs of their journey.
