As an accomplished Executive Facilities Director, my career achievements have included the implementation of “Class A” designated World Class Facilities Operations, the successful building and launch of a SF GMP Immuno-Manufacturing Plant, a Facilities Maintenance Equipment Auditing Process which identified, graded and corrected Building system conditions for a 3.5MM SSF Corporate Campus; the certification of the first R&D Lab space for LEED’s CI (pilot program-“Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design”) established by the U.S. Green Building Council; the design and implementation of a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) for a leading Bio-Technology company; Implementation of a resource utilization program to track and improve crew utilization across 28 work crews saving $500K annually; streamlining the process for capital equipment hook-ups (both in the Hi-Tech and Bio-Tech arenas) and the successful development of a Facilities Engineering Standard for a leading global corporation. I am looking to leverage my skills and experiences to gain greater career responsibilities at a similar or higher Level position.
