Over the past 25 years I’ve worked on all sides the graphics industry and have excelled in a number of roles: Packaging Project Management: My extensive experience in FMCG packaging design lead to contracts with Cadbury Schweppes and Kraft Foods as a packaging project manager. I was required to coordinate and manage all internal and external stakeholders for the effective and timely production of packaging, ensuring it met all marketing and manufacturing requirements as well as corporate guidelines and Australian food labelling regulations. Major brands managed: Singles Cheese Slices, Philadelphia, Toblerone, Easy Mac, Freddo Frogs, Pascals. Account & Studio Management: For three years I was the Account and Studio Manager for Chameleon Graphics, my responsibilities included client liaison, quoting, traffic management, project & print management, design briefing and press approvals. Accounts managed: Bakers Delight, Sancella (Libra Tampons), Carter Holt Harvey, Devondale. Finished Art & Design: The bedrock of my career has been in producing artwork of all kinds. I’ve created thousands of pieces of art, ranging from corporate literature, technical manuals, sales & marketing materials, point of sale and over pieces of FMCG packaging. I have a complete understanding of graphic reproduction, DCS colour separation as well all printing processes. I consider myself an expert in packaging design, finished art, production and project management. Brands worked: In-a-biskit, Premium Crispbread, Bakers Delight, Libra Tampons, Bailey’s, Tescos, Dulux, Dove Chocolates (China), Kraft Peanut Butter, Vegemite, Philadelphia Cheese, Coles, Officeworks, Total Tools (exclusive brands) Through my different roles I’ve developed a unique range of skills and have seen the industry from both the client and agency perspectives. I’m interested in demanding, complicated work that can challenge me, where I can learn new things as well as make use of my extensive experience.
