I have driven, not only typical FP & A activities like budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, but also multi-year business case modeling, software development capitalization, and timekeeping application/process conversions to support the shift to agile development. My communication skills coupled with a continuous desire to learn, facilitate strong cross functional relationships and solid, successful business partnerships. I believe the most effective finance support teams focus on understanding how to talk to colleagues in the business about how their specific functions operate and integrate into the overall business landscape, thus creating trust and confidence between functions. I have worked across multiple industries and am an experienced leader with the ability to build cohesive teams that consistently deliver, while continuously improving through best-in-class practices.
