About Candice Stone

During my, over 20 years, of employment I have been working with customers. Either face to face, or over the phone. I have worked in multiple supervisor positions, overseeing staff and ensuring a smooth operation of workflow. I understand the need to jump in and assist staff where and when needed and know that you need to work as a team in order for things to run well. For the passed 4 years I have been employed in a Personal Insurance Agent role and the last 2 of those years were in the sales team. I'm generally top of the sales team across the maritimes. In 2023 I earned our "President's Club" for exceeding the annual sales goals of 420 new policies in the year and hit the second tier of silver with over 500. I've recently earned my CAIB designation, hold a valid level 3 Personal Insurance License for NS, NB, PEI and NL and continue to grow my education, looking into starting towards my CIP designation this fall. I'm motivated, knowledgeable & thorough. I have excellent documentation and communication skills. I work well in a team, under pressure and in fast paced environments.
