About Candy Smith

I served a pivotal role in the growth from one restaurant, with 70 employees and $1M in annual sales, to eight restaurants, three concepts, 500 employees and $27M in annual sales. I can manage and lead any change with minimum disruption to core processes and activities and am able to make decisions, take ownership and accept accountability. My ability to create and lead effective leaders along with my demonstrated project leadership skills have contributed to my career progression. I created internal organizational alignment and structure by defining what the needs and goals of the company were and putting the processes and policies, to meet those needs and goals, into place. I was a catalyst for continued improvement in procedures and guest satisfaction while creating a solid foundation with measurable KPI’s. Developing and improving people and processes is where my passion lies. Although hospitality was the platform for my growth, my skills and strong work ethic would easily transcend industries. Understanding the needs and expectations of the customer/client/guest along with the company vision is what propels processes forward to achieve consistent, profitable and sustainable revenue growth. I perform at a high standard using strategic process planning which saves time and money, protects reputation and brand, and identifies opportunities to grow and expand. I am fiercely loyal; an adaptable self-starter and I lead with transparency and integrity. I would like to bring my extensive experience to a growth mindset company whose values align with mine.
