Professional individual possessing a depth and range of experience within the Child Protection and Business Sectors. I am a very positive and energetic individual with a multitude of high-quality skills, which I am able to apply and transfer to any task presented. I enjoy working with people and assisting where possible. Being a solution focused individual means that I enjoy completing tasks to ensure resolution in a timely manner. I am also able to risk assess and prioritise duties, allowing an efficient response to any urgent issues that may arise. Within my previous role as a Business Development Manager and my current role Surrey Request for Support Supervisor, a key aspect of both roles is maintaining strong professional relationships, which is a key strength of mine. Throughout my career path I have had the opportunity to be an advocate for Children, which is something that I am passionate about. An example of this is shown during my time as a Designated Safeguarding Lead and Youth Specialist, when I was an advocate for young people throughout Surrey. This entailed working alongside multiple agencies within the private and public sector whilst based within a Secondary School I am confident and comfortable with a variety of systems and able to learn new processes and systems quickly.
