What to do, when no matter what you try, say or do, the same pattern just repeats itself? You can benefit from the support of a coach highly skilled in communication that offers NEW CHOICES and who is committed to positive change through a nonjudgmental, compassionate approach. You may have one of these coaching topics (in any setting): • You are an expat or international living in the Netherlands and find it challenging to adjust, especially to a direct form of communication. You want to grow resilience and skills for dealing with this effectively. • You have lived a life of mostly avoiding conflict, pleasing others because harmony is a huge driver in your life. Yet, this means part of you isn’t showing up or being heard and you wish to live life more fully. • You are engaged in more conflict than you can enjoy; you want to connect with the other(s), but need to grow skills in expressing and listening in order to bring a shift in how communication is currently taking place. • You have experienced harm (oppression, violence) and wish to be thoroughly seen and heard for your experience; you also want to grow courage and skills to “speak to power” in effective ways. • You are a leader (with power over others) and wish to diminish your blind spots, grow self-awareness and become a more inclusive, equitable and caring leader. • You work in a setting where feedback skills are lacking; no one really dares to engage with it and as a result there is insufficient learning from each other and collaboration wanes. You (and/or the entire team) want to engage in an effective, safe, learning process so that a healthy feedback culture can arise. I specialize in creating safe spaces for: 1. indivudals wanting to develop, 2. conflict to transform via connecting dialogue and 3. learning connecting communication skills. Based in the heart of Haarlem, I work primarily with expats in English, offering tailored coaching, mediation, NVC trainings and group facilitation.
