Career Highlights Program Development: Lead day-to-day and forecasted operational activities for 11 extensive programs that include the development of curriculum, oversight of facilities and equipment, professional development, budgeting, cost accounting, industry liaison, and contract specialist for intergovernmental agreements. Administration: Participate in goal setting and strategic planning. Conduct needs assessments, data analysis, budget/purchasing consultancy, and track and reconcile annual reports. Systems Thinking: Using the Waters Foundation Systems Thinking model to analyze, develop, and finetune complex systems within programs and finance.
