Throughout my career, I’ve led initiatives across Canada, US, UK, South Africa, and Malawi, managing programs up to $16 million and facilitating cross-functional collaboration at every level. As a PMP-certified project manager with an MBA and a background in mathematics and psychology, I combine analytical thinking with a deep understanding of human performance. As a Certified Team Coach, Life Coach, DISC Trainer, and Working Genius Facilitator, I help teams build trust, alignment, and shared ownership — essential foundations for any growing organization. A career highlight includes leading the design and implementation of a national electronic payments system for the Reserve Bank of Malawi, a project recognized internationally for innovation and impact. When I’m not coaching or facilitating, you’ll find me pursuing growth in other forms — whether through endurance training or reflecting on leadership lessons from completing Ironman Triathlons.
