I was born into the apparel business. I grew up playing around my grandfathers' sewing machines. In our family company, I learned the value of tradition and quality. Although I later received an extensive formal education in fashion design, it was my family and friends who instilled in me the love for the fair trade. Professionally I have worked through many changes and challenges. I have learned to always look ahead and never stand still.
