Carmen Ohling

Background

About Carmen Ohling

I’ve spent over two decades training, leading, and coaching executives and their teams to reach new levels of peak performance of personal and professional excellence. I’m a keynote speaker, founder of The Amplified Life Company, and a former corporate executive turned conscious leadership advocate. After being diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis at 25, I made a radical decision: to redesign my life from the inside out. I refused to stay stuck in burnout, overworking, and the self-imposed limitations that were keeping me small. I chose a different path, one that is grounded in ownership, vitality, and purpose. Today, I’m thriving. And I know what it takes to build capacity, lead with visionary purpose, and break free from outdated paradigms of success. When I’m not speaking, coaching, or teaching, you’ll find me at home in Miami Beach with my husband, Joal, courtside at a Miami Heat game, cooking a mean grass-fed steak, or booking my next month-long sabbatical in Tulum. My approach to leadership is bold, refreshing, and deeply human. I’m not just a speaker or coach, I’m a catalyst for transformation, innovation, and aligned success. Want to connect or collaborate?
