About Carol Risby

I have been an Affiliate Broker since 2014 and I hold licenses in both Tennessee and Illinois. I love all aspects of the business and fully understand the weight buying and selling a home carries. My job is to be your ally, to always fight for your best interests, to shoulder as much of the stress as I possibly can so that you can have a smooth, dare I say enjoyable, experience. The business of marketing real estate today is radically different than it was twenty or even ten years ago. Social media is where it's at. I understand what it takes to get your home the most exposure on multiple platforms. Long gone are the days when an open house was your best marketing tool. Today, your first "showing" is actually your home's pictures, video tours, and online presence. Count on me to help you put your best foot forward in all of these arenas. With buyers, I understand that your needs are first and foremost. You will never feel pressured with me. I am here to offer advice, advocate, and negotiate for you. Whether you are buying or selling - let's work together!
