Prior to Maintenance Supervisor, I was the General Manager for Phillips Brothers Lawn Care, I managed up to 6 employees on a daily basis. My roles required me to maintain 150+ yards and perform all predictive and corrective maintenance on the equipment. During my employment at Phillips Brothers, I assisted the company in growing from 85 clients to over 150 clients, with a coverage area of over 6 counties. This growth was a result of building trustworthy business relationships and promoting reliable performance. I was also a co-owner of B&T Asphalt Sealing. I excel at customer relations, due to my ability to interact with clients and ability to promote a positive moral in my work force. Upon encountering a lack of experience; I am able to adapt quickly, maintain flexibility and learn new tasks in a timely manner. Outside of work I enjoy playing sports, competing in Olympic lifting, and Crossfit competitions. Personal traits that I display is a positive attitude, motivated outlook, and the enjoyment of life in general.
