I am a confident, adaptable and self-motivated professional with leadership experience through more than twenty years in education, including senior management roles where performance data monitoring, project management, organisation and continuous improvement has been at the core of my approach. An experienced team leader, I have taught, trained and mentored people of all ages and abilities including adult education professionals, using a variety of delivery methods. I am now seeking to undertake new professional challenges using my transferable skills, coupled with an ardent work ethic. I am well-organised and like to be prepared for any eventuality. I have a calm and reflective nature, taking a considered view of each task and a data-driven approach to decision making.
