About Caroline Frery

I firmly believe in the need to reinvent our paradigms, our systems, and the relationships we nurture with one another and the rest of the living world, in order to undergo a successful social & ecological revolution. After I graduated from a business school, I worked with social entrepreneurs across India and then joined TerraCycle where, in a hyper growth context, I acquired skills in business development strategy and operations, project management, organizational process innovation, and team management. It gave me first-hand experience in structuring & scaling up organizations and systems. When leading the global business development team, and faced with the challenges of managing remote and multicultural teams, growing complexity in the business and a global sanitary crisis, I developed acute collaboration, communication and change management skills. I am now looking to leverage my time, experience, and skills to: Accelerate the socio-ecological transition, especially by promoting relocalization and rebuilding our communities.>> Member of the first French eco-union, Printemps écologique.
