Hello there! I’m Caroline Poon, a writer, editor and communicator. At heart, I’m a storyteller: I love words, and I love using words to capture people's attention and resonates with their interests. For the past 3 years, I've been working for Diamond Marketing Group, writing web, ad and brochure copy, longform articles, emails, video scripts, content strategies and more for multiple clients such as Destination Ontario, TD Bank, Capitalize For Kids, and The Avalon Club. Before that, I graduated from Humber College's Professional Writing and Communications postgraduate certificate program. By combining my skills in writing and communication with my background in art and technology, I convey creative and meaningful messages across various channels. My goal is to write fun, engaging stories on a broad range of topics, while continuously learning and improving as a writer.
