Using effective methods like the Sta-Sterk methodology, further developed by the Knowledge Center for Dealing with Bullying, I support individuals in building resilience and self-confidence step by step. The Sta-Sterk methodology is a proven approach that includes practical exercises and training focused on enhancing social skills, managing challenging behavior from others, and learning to set boundaries. This methodology is designed to help those affected by bullying regain their strength and resilience. With my personal experiences as inspiration and years of expertise, I offer support in: Restoring self-confidence after bullying Setting boundaries without guilt Rebuilding trust in yourself and others Additionally, I provide training programs to help you stand strong, communicate effectively, and face situations with confidence that may have once felt overwhelming.
