I’ve always known where my heart belongs: in spaces where children learn, grow, and thrive. At just three years old, I declared I would one day run my own school — and by 23, that dream became a reality. From Family Home to Multi-Site Leadership I started with a registered family childcare home, grew into launching my first center from scratch, and eventually expanded to four thriving locations. Each chapter shaped my leadership style and fueled my mission to help others do the same. Director Trainer. Industry Disruptor. Keynote Speaker. As the co-founder of Texas Director and Director Success Academy, I’ve trained over 4,500 directors, written a dozen books, and helped many others become published authors themselves. I specialize in turning overwhelmed educators into confident leaders — and building childcare programs that actually work. Whether I’m leading a keynote on "Monkey Management," hosting a pirate-themed training, or helping directors shift from “Oh sh*t” to “I got this,” I believe in pairing big energy with practical tools that stick.
